Our Return Policy is as follows:
For printed books and/or CD/DVD’s, if after reading the book you decide within 60 days of purchase that you are not completely satisfied, we will give you a full refund on the purchase price of the item according to the terms of this policy. You may return your purchase within 60 days from date of purchase provided it is in perfect, re-saleable condition (no writing on pages, no smudges or dirt, etc.). To get the return process started, please email the team at firstname.lastname@example.org. They will give you the address for returning your product.
For eBooks, if after reading the book you decide within 10 days of purchase that you are not completely satisfied, we will give you a full refund on the purchase price of the item according to the terms of this policy. To receive a full refund the buyer must complete a short questionnaire about why they are not satisfied with the content of the item purchased and return it to Illustra Consulting within 10 days of purchase. If a buyer does not wish to complete the questionnaire or if a refund is requested for any reason except dissatisfaction with the guide's content (e.g. buyer changes mind, buyer of an e-book says they thought they were buying a paper book, buyer's email does not have enough space but buyer is not willing to open a free email account to receive the guide, etc.), a service charge of $5.00 will be deducted from the refund to cover our costs of processing the order and the refund.
To prevent fraud or theft, refunds will only be made to the credit card used for the original purchase. Illustra Consulting will not pay a refund for a printed book and/or CD/DVD more than 60 days after the purchase date or an eBook more than 10 days after the purchase date.
