Are You Ready to Eliminate the Biggest Obstacle to Higher Revenues?

Does is feel like you’re chasing after your competition but can’t quite keep up? Have you found your revenue stagnating of late but dread doing any kind of marketing? It’s easy to make excuses, and after a while we begin to believe them.

However, I find many of the brilliant consultants and business owners I coach don’t have much confidence in their abilities or the value they provide. When we start working together they come to realize that they haven’t fully embraced their unique superpowers.

Part of this is humility on their part – they don’t focus on their own accomplishments, and I respect that. But you don’t have to be proud or arrogant, to be confident. The difference is really how you make the people around you feel. When you’re arrogant, you make the people around you feel small and unimportant. In contrast, when you’re confident, you inspire your employees, your clients and your colleagues. They feel valued and they want to follow your lead.

As a business owner, you want a brand that inspires confidence. How can you do that without compromising your integrity as a genuinely humble person? That question is important, and it comes down to a keen understanding of what branding is all about.

There are lots of so-called branding experts out there who regretfully overlook the internal work that must go into discovering and defining an authentic brand. You’ve probably experienced working with business owners or consultants who project a superficial, off-the-shelf brand and nobody fully buys what they’re selling because it lacks depth and credibility.

Instead of trying to imitate or catch up with your competitors, take a hard look inside yourself to discover your core values, your professional passions and your unique experiences. This is the best way to tap into deeper authenticity, and this comes across as genuine and meaningful intention. By working on your internal mindset, you gain true confidence, energy, and eagerness to share your superpowers with the world.

You can waste a lot of time and energy dwelling on how you’re not good enough. It’s a mistake to focus the majority of time trying to fix your weaknesses. That just leads to a negative mindset. Instead, dwell on ways you are a champion, better than the competition. Your strengths are your one-of-a-kind gifts and talents. Concentrate on unleashing and broadcasting those to catapult your business to the next level.

Owning your superpowers and approaching your business with confidence will accelerate your business revenue like nothing else can. Your enthusiasm and fearlessness will inspire people to want to work with you.
