Sarah Hathorn is a Certified Image Master, the founding CEO of Hathorn Consulting Group, Illustra Business Coaching & Illustra Business School and creator of the Predictable Promotion™ system, began her image consulting career as an industry pioneer and innovator. Sarah is one of the first and only image and brand consultants in the world, for example, to enter the profession with a background as a senior level executive in the fashion industry.
She spent more than 25 years in that role at Macy’s, a Fortune 100 company, were she was responsible for developing leaders at all levels of the organization. Many of her protégés are now in top-level executive positions for Macy’s and other major corporations, so she has the hands-on experience and skills necessary to mentor any motivated high-achiever who wishes to expand her business, attract a more elite clientele, or even grow an independent entrepreneurial empire.

Marc Hathorn, President of Illustra Business Coaching, Illustra Business School & Hathorn Consulting Group, has 20 years of background experience in marketing and web-based communication for the Central Division of Macy’s – where he oversaw a budget of over $2 million.
During his tenure at the Fortune 100 company Marc was responsible for directing the design, production, and distribution of all the in-store signing, branding, and vendor identification within 240 store locations across 18 different states in the USA. He also developed an internal executive communication system that was modeled for use within the entire organizational network of more than 800 stores.
Marc brings extensive knowledge of Internet marketing, branding, and online communication to Illustra Consulting and its clients. He has a passion for creating powerful web applications and sites, branded marketing materials, and innovative systems – and then sharing his strategies and expertise with Illustra’s clients in order to facilitate their own dreams of business success within today’s image, brand, and technology-driven marketplace.
Ale Marroquin, AICI CIP

Ale Marroquin has been growing and developing people for over two decades and has one of the most extensive and diverse backgrounds among image consultants in Mexico. In addition to her background in the image industry her professional experience has been related to sales, client relationships and customer service. She spent nearly 20 years in the financial industry as a financial advisor and sales manger and also has experience in the world of journalism.
Ale worked as a partner at Extrategia, Comunicación y Medios a PR and Community Management company where she coached and trained clients and employees on their visual signature and visual impact. She offers training and consultations on personal branding and appearance under her own company name: Ale Marroquin, Imagen y Protocolo de Negocios.
Her corporate clients to whom she offers seminars in Image, Business Protocol, Leadership and Presentation include companies such as Actinver Casa de Bolsa, Red Bull, Televisa, DICANCO, SEARS, Alcanza, GDV Group, Dun & Bradstreet, Coca Cola company Heidrick and Struggles, Clarasol, TV Azteca among others. She was also a keynote speaker to the Latin American image symposium.
As an active blogger and well-known writer, her image publications and blogs have appeared nationally and internationally. She has been featured in the etiquette section in Crisa, a Libby company; Consultores de Imagen; Mujeres Construyendo (the first Latin American women blogger site); Mujersísimas; a news local site in Ensenada, Baja California and Vida Positiva, an on-line site with more than one million Hispanic subscribers. She also contributes to blogs in AICI Mexico City Chapter site.
Ale is an active member with AICI, the Association of Image Consultants International, having achieved industry certification through AICI. She is also Mexico’s affiliate director at Civility Experts from Canada, Civility Ambassador; VP Communications for AICI Guadalajara Chapter; Task force to regionalize AICI in Latin American and on the Task force for Global Webinars.
Her image training is impressive: She is certified in Image, Professional development and Personal Branding with London Image Institute; certified with Professional Image Management; received color certifications with Lindquist Associates in Denver, CO.; full color and style training with Elaine Stoltz in Dallas, Texas and personal coaching from Sarah Hathorn, Illustra Consulting Group.
She graduated in Marketing from Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and at the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania.

Michelle Augenstein helps astute professionals tap into their personal image to achieve professional success. As a certified image consultant, personal branding specialist and executive presence coach and the founder of Corner Office Image, Michelle has worked with individuals and groups from companies including Cisco, Facebook, Kaiser Permanente, Levis, Mens Wearhouse, Nasdaq, and Wells Fargo as well as artists, emerging tech start-ups and nonprofits.
Michelle has a background in Psychology from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, over 13 years of management experience in the private sector and is the former executive director of Wardrobe for Opportunity, an Oakland, CA-based nonprofit organization that provides professional image and career development support to low-income individuals throughout the Bay Area. She received her training and certification in Image Consulting and Advanced Image Principles from the prestigious London Image Institute.
